Sorta seems to me “reliability” can mean different things to different people. In the old days, I think it really meant “am I going to be able to drive it for 10 years without racking up lots of money on major repairs as stuff not designed to last 100K miles starts to fail?” These days, however, when we’re talking, what, a 2-3yr lease, are there really that many “unreliable” $60-100K+ cars out there?

I think that one that you make yourself with your fabric and to your fit is the best. Unfortunately, I am not a standard fit for anything (too busty, overweight and short torso) and most 'commercial' ones won't fit me well. I like both the over the shoulder with rings and the wrap one.

I graduated from SDSU and haven't seen that study, there is no logic behind it. bicycle crunches really only stimulate the rectus abdominis isometrically. the hip flexors are performing the majority of the work, the rectus abdominis is neither being lengthened or shortened so it's receiving minimal stimulation
technically but you don't even need to perform any abdominal training to have a 6-pack you only need to have low body fat.
