will this bike fit on this bike rack?

i just bought this bike rack.. http://www.outlettrail.com/outback-trunkrack-2-bicycle-carrier.html
and i have this bike http://www.walmart.com/ip/24-Boys-Power-Climber-Bike/2233451?sourceid=1500000000000003260420&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=2233451 and its not going on easily... is there a special way too put this bike on the bike rack?
